REST: Bedtime Yoga is a therapeutic series designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and rediscover the power of conscious rest. Through gentle yoga, breath work, meditation, and self-massage, you’ll learn to release the day and prepare for deep, nourishing sleep.

 

Each video in this series is a soft invitation to return to yourself.

  • Video 1: Relieve 
    Ease tension in your upper body, spine, shoulders, and neck. Simple, dynamic movement and self-massage soothe stiffness and quiet the mind for conscious rest.
  • Video 2: Release 
    Let go of the day. Gentle, therapeutic yoga and breathwork melt tension in the hips and lower back while calming the mind for sleep and renewal.
  •  Video 3: Tend 
    Turn inward and tend to your inner landscape. Using breath and self-massage, we’ll activate the body’s rest-and-digest response to bring balance and peace.
  • Video 4: Quiet 
    Soften into stillness. Through restorative postures and balancing breath, you’ll open the front and back of the body and ease tech fatigue. Perfect for reflection at day’s end.
  • Video 5: Deep Sleep 
    Unwind completely with this restorative yin-style practice. Gentle movement, breath, and self-massage guide you toward deep, conscious rest.
  • Video 6: Sweet Dreams 
    A yoga-in-bed session to close the day with grace. Pajamas welcome. Move, breathe, and stretch your way toward peaceful slumber.
  • Bonus: Pre-Bed Meditation 
    A short guided meditation to help you settle your energy and drift off with ease. Can be practiced in bed or on your mat with a cozy blanket.
