Yoga For When You Are Sore.
A short (hands free!) sequence of stretches for when you are tight or sore. We will connect you to your breath and body and relieve tension or stress. This is a great little ditty when you are feeling stuck and need to start somewhere and get moving! Work on balance, stretch and CONNECT. Awesome post workout or the day after. This sequence also inspires a sense of play – so enjoy! Enjoy this time for yourself. Allow, release and let go! Namaste.
