If you just made a purchase, check your email. You should have received an email with all your login instructions. 

Or click the "My Library" link at the top of the page. Your course should be there waiting for you!

  1. Open the Course in your library.
  2. From the Course page, click on a video to open the page for that video.
  3. You will see a download button along the side or bottom of your screen. The download button will be above the Instructor box about Adriene. On a computer, it will appear on the right side of the screen above the box about Adriene. On a small screen of a mobile device, it will appear at the bottom of the page above the box about Adriene. 
  4. Click on the download button to begin the download of the video. Depending on your browser, this might open the video in a new browser video. From there you might need to right click (or 'control + click' on Mac) to open a menu and download to your computer. 
  5. Repeat this process for each video.
  6. If you are unable to download the videos, please see the “Directions for iOS, Android, and Kindle” section for device specific directions.

Directions for iOS, Android, and Kindle

For iOS

Mobile iOS doesn't allow direct downloads but there are a couple of ways around this:

1. Download to a computer and sync to your phone via USB connect or wireless transfer - depending on your device.

2. Use a third party app that allows downloads. “Documents” is a really good one as it allows you to download pretty much anything.


For Android

Videos can be downloaded directly to your mobile or tablet device.

Kindle Fire

Download to a computer then transfer the content via USB. See this Kindle help page for more on that process.

Account Settings

  • Change your login email and/or password under Settings by clicking on your avatar image in the right upper corner of the page. You can also adjust how you want to be notified about things related to your course product account here.
  • Bookmark your Library Login page to return anytime to access your library and videos. Videos can be downloaded again as needed.
