For the past six years, millions of people have joined us for our annual 30 Days of Yoga series. Each of these series features not only a daily practice video but an accompanying email to guide and encourage you on your journey too. Now you can begin any of these series at your convenience.
You can preview all of the 30 Days of Yoga series and sign up for the daily emails at 30 Days of Yoga - The Daily Emails.
Please note, the emails will begin on the day you sign up and will continue every day after that for the whole series. They are sent out automatically based on when an individual signs up so we are not able to start you on a specific day. Please sign up you wish to begin.
The calendar is in the first three days of the daily emails for any of the 30 Days of Yoga series. This calendar includes run times for your daily practices so you can plan ahead!
If you signed up for the daily emails for a 30 Days of Yoga series at 30 Days of Yoga - The Daily Emails and you received your first email a few minutes after signing up, then you are on the list for Adriene's daily emails for that series. (If you signed up but did not receive any email from us, send us a message here at Support and we can make sure there wasn't a typo in your email address submission.)
If your daily email did not arrive today, the most common reason for this is that it landed in your Spam, Junk, Other, or Promotions folders in your email, instead of your Inbox. Search those other folders and when you find it, move it into your Inbox. This will help future emails from Adriene to arrive in your Inbox.
If you still cannot find it in any of those folders, your email might have gotten lost in cyberspace. We're sorry about that. Some elements like email delivery cannot be guaranteed. We are not able to resend individual emails since the emails are sent out through an emailing system that sends them based on when an individual signs up. Thank you for your understanding.
The 30 Days of Yoga series videos are unique in that they tell a story like a good book, with each day building on the previous one. Just like you wouldn't skip reading a chapter, we encourage you to follow the videos in order.
If you miss a day or fall behind, that's okay. Just pick back up where you left off and continue.
It is your 30 Days of Yoga journey, relish it, enjoy it. :)
The practices in the 30 Days of Yoga series are suitable during pregnancy with the use of some modifications. This applies to Home, Dedicate, True, Revolution, Yoga Camp, and the original 30 Days of Yoga series.
Avoid twisting, core activation, or anything on the belly. Supplement twists and core work with slow and mindful breathing or cobbler's pose. Modify anything on the belly with child’s pose or yogi’s squat instead. Hip openers are good but go easier in the third trimester.
Please always consult your doctor/physician/midwife for specific guidance for you and your pregnancy.
Mobile iOS doesn't allow direct downloads but there are a couple of ways around this:
1. Download to a computer and sync to your phone via USB connect or wireless transfer - depending on your device.
2. Use a third party app that allows downloads. “Documents” is a really good one as it allows you to download pretty much anything.
Videos can be downloaded directly to your mobile or tablet device.
