Day 0 - Welcome

Picture it.

You show up.

You look out.

You take a breath.

You look up.

Watch your neck.

You look down.

You see the mat.

It reads,

WELCOME.

“Where am I?”

“YOU ARE HERE,”

An animated arrow politely points and whispers.

You are here.

Get ready to step inside.

When you set foot in, be prepared to pay less attention to what it looks like,

And instead, remain curious,

Find out what it feels like.

It won’t always feel good, baby. But damn, we have to get home.

I hope you enjoy today’s video. We will start with practice on the mat tomorrow!

Practice any time of day that is best for you.

If you can, get your practice in early so it doesn’t get away from you. However, get it in whenever you can. These sessions are designed for any time of day with options to listen to your body and modify based on how you feel.
