It is about that “self talk” that is so important to your mental health and physical wellness. It’s about expanding your yoga to all areas that need your attention.
Though the goal is to bring you to your mat each day - Yoga Camp is more than just 30 Days of physical practice. Yoga Camp is about cultivating and practicing mental wellness via a gentle introduction to affirmation and mantra.
